INTENTION FROM THE HEART - JANUARY
Happy New Year!!! This month, discover your sankalpa, or intention from the heart that may be one of the most powerful practices for manifestation and aligning yourself with your authentic path. The movement for this month is a special Winter Solstice class that honors the cycle of death and rebirth, to shed what is no longer serving and making space for inspiration, creativity, and love.
SPRING AYURVEDA LOVE CLENSE - APRIL
The flowers are blooming and it is a perfect transitional time do an Ayurvedic Cleanse. In this bundle, you will receive a guide for a 3-day cleanse and the goal of this cleanse is to simply, nourish and support. It is a time to give yourself space to digest physically and emotionally. Get intimate with yourself and your food this month.
BUILDING OJAS - SEPTEMBER
Ojas is a substance in the Vedic sciences that is thought to be responsible for vitality, strength, health, long life, immunity and mental/emotional wellness. This month we build ojas, the sweet nectar, the juice, the essence that keeps us alive! Enjoy a slow and soothing movement practice, self massage and my favorite golden milk recipe.
ANCESTRAL HEALING - OCTOBER
This month, we are calling on our ancestors, to heal any wounds that were not healed and free any blocks or patterns that were carried into our existence. Practice the ancestral healing practice of Tarpana, do a yoga practice that focuses on how we can honor the gifts from our ancestors, and enjoy a sweet and spicy chai to balance vata (air+ether), this fall.
CALMING ANXIETY - NOVEMBER
With anxiety being as common as stress in our culture, it can cause an impact in day to day life. Luckily we have the resources of psychology, Ayurveda and body awareness to help balance anxiety. This month is designed to soothe, ground and nurture, for you to feel safe and supported.
GROUND FOR THE HOLIDAYS - DECEMBER
Welcome to busy season!!! The Holidays are here, one party after the next, seeing family and friends there can be so much joy, and so much stress. Hopefully this month’s content with help you with staying balanced during the festivities. Enjoy a quick grounding and circulating movement practice and a meditation to help balance our relationship to family dynamics.
