The Cleanse
My love! Watch This first! This will be your guide to your 3-day Spring Ayurvedic cleanse. The first part is preparation, before you even start so take the next 30 minutes to cozy up with some tea and dive into the beautiful journey.
The Movement
Take is slow and be simple. This cleanse is all about giving yourself space to digest physically and emotionally. Enjoy this restoring 40 minute practice.
The Recipes
This cleanse is based off a foundation of Kitchari, a porridge of mung beans, basmati rice, and spices while adding veggies and chutneys to keep it interesting! Your recipe kit is below.
Get your own ingredients or keep it simple with this Ayurveda Cleanse Kit. This will be a foundation of what you need for up to 7 days of cleansing (we will only be doing 3 days though).
