The Practice
This Six Fountains Body Yantra (from my dear teacher, Katie Silcox) uses a foam roller with visualization of water flowing in and around the body. It is one of my favorite practices, calms the nervous system, recalibrating the body! Trust me, you will thanking me.
The Lecture
In this short lecture you will learn simple ways to keep cool and calm when the heat rises. During the summer we want to honor the moon, the sweet and the cool so we don’t overheat. Enjoy these easy tips!
The Meditation
Use this 5-15 minute practice anytime of day that you are feeling over heated or need to turn on your “internal AC”. This pranayama has been used for thousands of years to cool the body.
