December - Ground for the Holidays

The Meditation
Family can be a lot of love, a lot of laughs and sometimes just A LOT. This audio meditation focuses on gratitude and our divine connection to our bloodline in addition to holding space, boundaries and appreciation for our loved ones.
The Recipe
This super easy rice porridge, also known as jook or congee has been in my family for years. We make it every year after Thanksgiving using the bones for the broth and is an easy to digest meal when we may be indulging in holiday goodies. Allow this dish to warm your heart this season.
