Embodied Inclusion: This is more than policy compliance. It's about truly seeing people, recognizing their unique experiences, and ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
Trauma-Informed Leadership: I help teams and leaders develop the skills to create safe, inclusive spaces that acknowledge trauma and promote healing.
Disability Inclusion: Understanding how ableism impacts our communication and decision-making processes is key. Together, we explore ways to enhance well-being, alignment, and adaptability.
