So, how are we doing this?

Each session will be about 2.5 hours total split into two parts.

You will have access to all 4 weeks of this workshop to watch at your own pace. Split it up into 4 weeks or watch in a time that fits best for you!

The structure will be a combination of lecture, meditation and embodiment practices. There will be no asana (yoga poses), but a profound exploration of self.
