Wow. What a year! With the changes that have happened and a weight off the shoulder, I am heading to LA for months to come. Expect some yoga classes and devised work with friends. Oh and of course, all of that sunshine I will get to dance around in. Seeya soon NYC!

So excited to announce a new class at Makara Studio! Tuesdays at 8:15pm. I love teaching in my neighborhood so it is good to be back. Hope to see you there! I am also starting to adapt a wonderful play (secret for now!) and hope to workshop soon, incorporating skills and tools through yoga and meditation. More details to follow. :)
